Who we are

A creative agency in The Hague for graphic design and meaningful projects.

maaQstudio is part of Creative Makers Studio. We translate ideas into form, feeling, and meaning. We conceive, design, and create visual expressions for brands, organizations, and people — from graphic design and collections to gifts and social projects.

We operate at the intersection of aesthetics and content. Things must be beautiful, but above all, they must be right. In tone, in intent, and in what they evoke.
We work for people and organizations seeking designs that are not only beautiful but also convey a message.

Marieke has over twenty years of experience in graphic design and creating meaningful products.

Why we do what we do

We believe that meaning makes the difference. In a gift, a design, a message, or a moment. That's why we work on projects that add something: to people, to stories, to themes, and to situations that deserve attention.

Art, craftsmanship, and social engagement are a common thread running through everything we create. Sometimes small and personal, sometimes larger and broader – but always with care.
Whenever possible, we collaborate with social workshops and foundations because we believe in engagement, craftsmanship, and co-creation.

What we make

In our webshop, you will find a carefully curated assortment of graphically designed products that we are proud of. The webshop is always evolving: new designs are added, others are replaced, and good ideas are implemented immediately.

Additionally, we work on custom solutions for entrepreneurs and organizations, such as visual concepts, collections, explanatory materials, and meaningful gifts.

Interns

We enjoy training people. As a certified internship company, we offer interns the opportunity to participate in the entire creative process: from design and the development of new products to social media and working with machines and materials.

You will participate, contribute ideas, and truly create. You learn the trade by doing, experimenting, and experiencing how ideas gradually take shape. There is also room for your own input, growth, and personal guidance.
