Frequently asked questions

What does No Waste mean for you?
No Waste items are products with a minor imperfection, returns, or test productions that are still perfectly usable and are therefore sold at a discount.

What is the exact condition of this suitcase?
The inside is taped/stickered and there is slight damage to the lid. You can see what to expect in the photos.

Can I return a No Waste product?
No. No Waste products cannot be returned after purchase. The discount is based on the visible imperfections; therefore, the purchase is final.

Can I remove the tape/stickers?
No. This may cause further damage (tearing, glue residue, or surface damage). That is why we sell this suitcase as-is, at a discount.

Is the suitcase still good to use?
Yes. It is still perfectly suitable as a storage or play case; the imperfections are primarily cosmetic.
