Frequently asked questions

What do you mean by No Waste?
No Waste products are items with a minor imperfection, returns, or test productions that are still perfectly usable and are therefore sold at a discount.

Is the damage always the same?
For this item, the damage is on the lid. The exact location/visibility may vary slightly per piece, but we always disclose it honestly.

Can I return a No Waste product?
No. No Waste products cannot be returned after purchase. Because you see/know exactly which imperfection exists beforehand and the price has been adjusted accordingly, the purchase is final.

Is the suitcase still sturdy enough?
Usually, the damage is cosmetic and the suitcase remains perfectly usable. If there is any functional issue, we will always clearly state this in the product description.
